- Cardio – Boost heart health and stamina
- Flexibility – Enhance mobility and prevent injury
You’ll receive two 15-minute check-in call per week to track your progress and make adjustments as needed. You’ll also receive 2 60 minute bodywork sessions (massage or reiki)
